Behind the scenes, she manages the day-to-day operations of the company, overseeing scheduling, insurance, invoices, paperwork, and all the important details that keep everything running smoothly. Her organization, attention to detail, and commitment to communication ensure every client receives a professional and seamless experience.
John leads our field operations, bringing extensive hands-on tile expertise and a commitment to getting every detail right from the start. From planning and preparation to the final installation, he oversees the quality and execution of each project. As a hands-on leader, he is right there on the job site, installing tile, guiding the work, and making sure every project meets our standards of craftsmanship and excellence.
